Health Insurance: Employees of Sabio Systems are eligible on the first day of employment to enroll in our ACA compliant employer-sponsored, sell-funded MEC Wellness/Preventive Plan. Each employee will have two plan options, with the ability to enroll in one or both. A few of the perks of plans offered through Essential StaffCare include but are not limited to: day to day medical expense coverage, you make still be eligible to receive a subsidy from the health insurance exchange, individual mandate satisfaction, dental, vision, term life and STD. You must either enroll or waive enrollment during the new hire on-boarding process.
Direct Deposit: With immediate activation, direct deposit can provide you with the convenience you need. Direct deposit can be set up at any time during employment using the proper form and a blank/voided check. Most times having direct deposit set up will give you access to your pay day funds sooner than a live check. If you wish to have a live check cut weekly, you can pick them up in our office after they have been delivered.
My Pay: Quick and easy access to electronic paystubs 24/7! With the option to set up notifications via text and email you will always know when you’ve been paid, how much you’ve been paid and have access to print your paystubs whenever you need. Electronic paystubs mean no paper and no hassle!
Overtime Hours, Holiday Pay & Bonus Pay: Overtime hours must be approved in advance by the manager to whom you report. Holiday pay and Bonus Pay will only apply to those who fall into the following eligibility categories:
*Holiday Pay – you will receive holiday pay equal to (8) hours at your current hourly pay rate IF you have been paid for 1,000 hours in the previous 52-week period AND 24 hours in the week prior to the Holiday.
*Bonus Pay – you will receive bonus pay equal to your weekly average hours at your current hourly rate IF you
Holiday Pay Eligibility
If you have been paid for:
In the previous 52-week period
In the week prior and week of the holiday.
Bonus Pay Eligibility
If you have been paid for:
No break in assignment greater than 26 weeks.
